Our business is based on honesty and integrity and working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible results. This has been largely achieved by our managing director, Hans Garton, who was born and raised in Northland and has been involved in the earthmoving and civil construction industry for over 20years. During this time he has had the opportunity to be involved in National projects, giving him a truly expansive knowledge and skill base. Hans has earned himself a lot of respect within the industry and the performance from his team reflects this.
Tania Garton has been involved in this industry in administration since 2014; having completed her diploma in 2018 she is our junior engineer for the company. Tania is committed and eager to learn, she picks things up quickly and isn’t afraid to get in and learn. Tania also still performs administrative duties within the company working closely with key staff.
Dominic Liefting grew up on a farm in Northland and has been involved within the construction industry for over 20years. He has spent some of this time working within Australia’s construction industry also. Dominic is one of our Northland supervisors and runs a clean and effective site. Dominic is our roading expert.
Since the founding of Earthworx Rural and Civil Ltd (Earthworx/ERCL), Earthworx has grown into a high achieving and well regarded team. Each member of our team contributes extensively, bringing with them a diverse range of knowledge and skills to share. Thus contributing to the growth and maintenance of a sustainable business.
